Early Pregnancy TLC
Bridging the Gap in Early Pregnancy Care
The first weeks of pregnancy can feel exciting yet uncertain, and standard care often doesn’t start right away. As a private midwife, I provide early support, reassurance, and guidance to help you navigate this stage with confidence.
I offer information on care options, early pregnancy tests, and referrals for ultrasounds, blood tests, and prescriptions if needed—ensuring you feel informed and supported from the very start.
You don’t have to wait for nurturing care—I’m here to help.

Pregnancy Care
Pregnancy is a unique journey, and the support you receive should reflect that. Whether you’re looking for ongoing care or a one-off appointment for reassurance and guidance, I offer flexible, personalised support to meet your needs. I offer in depth discussions around pregnancy choices, birth planning, postpartum planning and breastfeeding.
Appointments are in your own home and typically last at least one hour to ensure you feel heard, informed, and confident about your journey. I can arrange referrals for routine blood tests and ultrasounds, prescribe necessary medications, and connect you with other trusted health providers if needed.
Please note this does not include birth care at this time.
Postnatal care
The postpartum period is a time of adjustment, recovery, and bonding with your baby, and having the right support can make all the difference. Whether you’re looking for one-off postnatal care or a comprehensive support package, I provide personalised, evidence-based care tailored to your needs.
I can visit you at home for up to 6 weeks postpartum, providing ongoing care, advanced breastfeeding support, reassurance on newborn behaviour. I can also provide all essential newborn screenings, ensuring both you and your baby are thriving in these first weeks.

Breastfeeding Support
Despite being natural, breastfeeding can be extremely challenging and is a learning curve for you and your baby.
I can provide personalised guidance for babies up to 6 weeks old to help with positioning, attachment, and latching, ensuring you and your baby find a comfortable and effective approach to feeding.
If you’re experiencing discomfort, I can offer strategies to manage pain, as well as support in identifying and addressing common breastfeeding challenges, such as engorgement, mastitis, or supply concerns.
Should additional assistance be needed, I can also provide referrals to trusted services to ensure you receive the best possible care.
